What's New in Photography

Photography is changing drastically! For over 150 years film was the primary method to record an event. Now, an exciting new format is taking over and it's digital photography! Digital will soon be the preferred way for most professionals and also for the consumer. With digital, the photographer has much more control over the image. Facial retouching, adjusting the color and density of certain areas on the image, removing unwanted background items, plus many others. Since there aren't negatives involved the images can be saved on more than one CD. I have used digital for several years now and I love it. I would not go back to film! My style of photography is a mix of traditional, candid and photojournalistic. Photojournalistic style photography is a fun way to add a different look to your wedding. Some of it is posed and some is spontaneously caught. I add some photojournalistic shots to the wedding. You may notice by looking at my photo samples that I not only provide black and white photos but will also create a new type of mix between color and black and white. I find it more creative and attractive. My customers love it.
